Let’s refute the myth that Stretch Wrappers are the best packaging solution. 

 

The innovative automatic packaging system Stretch hood beats the former as it provides bigger advantages in protection, film savings and speed capacity.  With only one layer of film, Stretch Hood fully wraps the load protecting it against external agents, such as rain, UV-rays and dust.

Full waterproof protection

How often have your company goods suffered damages due to weather conditions?

 

Stretch Wrapping can secure the load but it is not fully waterproof, since there are leaks between film layers and the need of a cover protection.

 

Stretch Hooding fully protects the load on its 5 visible sides. This highly developed Stretch Hood film is a multilayer polymer (MLldpe) with barrier properties, the best protection against extreme weather conditions. Whether it is rain, snow or humidity, dust or UV-Rays, your goods will be fully “weather-proofed”.

 

Tight wrapped with less film

Stretch hood wraps the load with a tubular film  that stretches and holds the cargo.  It only uses the strictly necessary film to perform the wrapping, without end tails or unnecessary extra film or covers.

 

As per Innova’s internal analysis and cost, Stretch Hood saves between 35% to 50% in film, this is achieved by utilizing one layer of advanced Stretch Hood film with less thickness and extra stretching properties.

Major production autonomy in the line

How many times do you change your Stretch Wrapper film reels?

 

Stretch Hood offers a greater autonomy in production as only one reel can wrap up to 1200 pallets, while a Stretch wrap film will pack around 150-200 pallets.

 

Many of our clients only change the Stretch Hood reel once a day, obtaining a more efficient workflow in their end-of-lines without compromising or incurring the loss of production.
