The new Stretch Hood Elite allows adapting to the height of the load with an exclusive hooding system to lower full wrapping carriage at different heights, depending on load formats.

Full protection for your load

Get total protection of your load with open hooding ring to adapt to the shape of your load. 

Stretch Hooding fully protects the load on its 5 visible sides. This highly developed Stretch Hood film is a multilayer polymer (MLldpe) with barrier properties, the best protection against extreme weather conditions.

 

The new Stretch hood Elite by Innova also comes with several modular accessories to enhance protection, such as edge protector applicator included and edge rounding system, among others.

Top maintenance and security

With new lowering hood carriage technology, the new Stretch Hood offers maintenance at floor level.

Get extra security and avoid downtimes in maintenance and routine tasks and changes of film.

 

Security is our priority, so our new Stretch Hood model comes not only with the lowering carriage, but with more secure access, safety PLC and fall arrest technology.

Tight wrapped with less film

Stretch hood Elite only uses the strictly necessary film to perform the wrapping, without end tails or unnecessary extra film or covers.

 

As per Innova’s internal analysis and cost, Stretch Hood saves between 35% to 50% in film, this is achieved by utilizing one layer of advanced Stretch Hood film with less thickness and extra stretching properties.
