Additionally, it features an auxiliary entry station with a pallet centering system, ensuring precise alignment before the Stretch Hood process. 2. Stretch Hood Pro System:
The Stretch Hood Pro system installed at Topeca is equipped with two film reels, allowing it to adapt to different load formats. This setup enables efficient and flexible packaging, adjusting precisely to each pallet’s dimensions without material waste.
3. Outbound Conveyor Line:
The outbound conveyor line is designed to enhance handling and traceability. A pallet turning system and an accumulation conveyor were included to adapt to the factory space and ensure efficient pallet collection.
