Quality and environmental policy

The Management of INNOVA MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL S.L. personally assumes responsibility for the Quality and Environmental Management System, which covers the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of packaging systems. Its objective is to supply products and services that fully satisfy the needs of our clients and other interested parties with maximum efficiency.

Management sets out the following Integrated Management Policy, which forms the basis of the Quality and Environmental Management System and includes the following commitments:

To implement and maintain an effective, dynamic, and continuously improving Management System that meets the needs and expectations of interested parties as well as the specifications of our products and services.
To disseminate and ensure the understanding of this Policy among the INNOVA MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL S.L. team, reviewing its suitability annually in relation to management needs and its context.
To base INNOVA MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL S.L.’s Management System on the prevention of nonconformities as an effective means of providing interested parties with quality products and services. Consequently, all personnel at INNOVA MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL S.L. have the freedom and responsibility to inform Management of any situation that may endanger the proper functioning of the Management System.
To comply with the requirements of interested parties as well as all applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
To identify the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to achieve the intended results, enhance desirable effects, and prevent or reduce undesired effects.
To continuously improve the company’s environmental performance, prevent pollution, and protect the environment.

These commitments provide the framework for establishing the quality and environmental management system objectives, which are reviewed annually. The objectives and related actions necessary to achieve them will be communicated to all personnel involved in INNOVA MAQUINARIA INDUSTRIAL S.L.
