The new Stretch Hood TechMAX automatically adjusts to different load heights, optimizing hooding travel along with the welding, cutting, and hooding processes to achieve faster operating cycles.
Safer Maintenance at Floor Level
The new head lowering system allows maintenance operations and film changes to be performed at floor level, providing easier access to machine components. This helps reduce maintenance time and production downtime associated with routine servicing and film changes.
This innovation improves accessibility for operators and maintenance technicians, simplifying routine tasks and reducing the need to work at height.
Greater Film Autonomy and Automated Reel Selection
The new high-capacity modular film reel holder accommodates up to three film reels, allowing automatic selection between different reel sizes.
This configuration provides greater film autonomy, reduces the frequency of manual interventions, and makes it easier to adapt to different packaging requirements.
Adaptability to Different Load Heights
Thanks to its variable-height hooding head, Stretch Hood TechMAX can apply stretch hoods at different heights, automatically adjusting the hooding travel distance to the dimensions of each palletized load.
The hooding head can operate from a lower position to minimize travel distance or move higher to accommodate taller loads, all within the same packaging line. This flexibility is particularly valuable for facilities handling pallets of different sizes and heights.
Connectivity and Smart Process Monitoring
Take greater control of your pallet hooding operations with Innova’s TechMAX range. The new Stretch Hood offers connectivity features and a reporting service that provides access to hooded pallet history, machine usage data, and film consumption.
This information helps monitor machine performance, analyze packaging operations, and support preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
More Energy-Efficient with Regenerative Motors
TechMAX incorporates next-generation LENZE regenerative motors that recover energy generated during braking and return it directly to the electrical grid.
Its motors and components are also designed to meet high energy-efficiency standards, including IE3, IE5, and IE6 classifications, positioning TechMAX among the most energy-efficient Stretch Hood systems on the market.
